Certified Personal Trainer

Tyler is a native Minnesotan and who grew up in Brooklyn Park. He received his bachelor's in exercise science at the University of Minnesota Duluth and earned his master's degree in clinical exercise science at Minnesota State University Mankato and has been working as an exercise physiologist. Tyler wants to help everyone achieve their own version of health and balance, and having you leave feeling empowered, strong and confident. 

 

"My journey into fitness began with a desire to understand the science behind movement and health. I believe that exercise is not just about physical appearance; it’s about fostering a positive relationship with your body and mind. I strive to create an encouraging and supportive environment where clients can push their limits while feeling safe and motivated".
