Michelle W has been passionate about Pilates since 2009, discovering its transformative benefits after the birth of her second child. Inspired by her own experience, she pursued becoming a Pilates Instructor. Her extensive training includes STOTT Pilates methodologies across various modalities, including mat work, reformer, chair, Cadillac, jump board, injury rehabilitation, and special populations.
She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and TRX Certified. Over her 15+ year career, she has worked with all ages and abilities one-on-one and teaching classes. Her passion lies in working with clients 40 years of age and older, she guides clients in building strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Michelle emphasizes body awareness, encouraging clients to recognize both strengths and imbalances while working toward their personal fitness goals.
Michelle is dedicated to empowering individuals by integrating Pilates into their daily lives, helping them improve posture, movement efficiency, and functional strength. She is committed to ongoing education, staying current with industry advancements to provide the highest quality instruction.
Outside the studio, Michelle enjoys spending time with her three children, exploring new cuisines—including adventurous dishes like fugu—and staying active with swimming, hiking, and visiting her son on the East Coast.
