With 25 years of experience practicing yoga, Jennifer brings a deep passion and understanding of the mind-body connection to her teaching. Her journey into Pilates began as a way to strengthen muscles and prevent injury, complementing her yoga practice. As a dedicated Balance for Life client since 2009, Jennifer has been committed to continuous growth in her fitness journey.

Currently in the final stages of her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Jennifer is on track to become a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. As a creative perfectionist, she strives to find the perfect balance between the yin and yang of yoga and Pilates, bringing a unique perspective to her classes.

Her focus is on structural alignment, using props, and offering modifications to ensure that all students progress safely while developing a heightened awareness of their bodies. Jennifer’s passion for both yoga and Pilates shines through in her teaching, as she works to help others achieve their full potential with mindfulness, precision, and care.
